Kate Middleton in Cobalt Blue Dress for Wimbledon 2025 Men’s Final

Kate Middleton is attending the Wimbledon Championship’s Men’s Final today at the All England Club in London.

Dressed in a striking cobalt blue dress with a statement ruffle at the shoulder, chunky gold jewellery, and a straw hat, the Princess of Wales looks polished yet relaxed for the summer finale. Skip to full outfit details ⬇

The Princess is back in the Royal Box for the second day running, having watched Poliand’s Iga Swiatek take the Ladies’ title yesterday. The match lasted just under an hour.

Today, she’s come to watch Italy’s Jannik Sinner face off against Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz. It’s being touted as a ‘blockbuster final’—the two are the best men’s players in the world at the moment.
The successor will be crowned Wimbledon’s 2025 Men’s Singles Champion.
Alcaraz and Sinner played against each other in the French Open just 35 days ago, with Alcaraz leaving as the victor. It was the longest French Open final in history, lasting for five hours and 29 minutes.
Having attended the Ladies Finals solo yesterday, Kate brought the whole family with her today. She’s accompanied by her husband William and their two children, George and Charlotte.

The children were impeccably turned out, as always. George in his navy suit and Charlotte in a cream ruffled dress.
Prince William looked handsome in a navy blazer and cream chinos.
Prior to play, in her role of Patron, the Princess took her family to meet with players, officials and guests at the club.
There are also photos of the family meeting with Steve Backshall, the British naturalist and TV presenter.
Kate’s passionate about tennis, and her love of the sport is well-documented. The Princess has been a regular at Wimbledon since she married Prince William in 2011 and rarely misses the occasion. This is her 27th appearance since joining the Royal Family.
To date, she’s only skipped the championships final once, while pregnant with Prince George in 2013. In an interview for Our Wimbledon, a BBC documentary that aired in 2017, Kate revealed that she was advised by doctors not to attend. She’ll have been disappointed to have missed Andy Murray’s historic win—he defeated Novak Djokovic to become the first British man to win the final in 77 years. Prince George was born two weeks later.
The Princess has been patron of the club—the venue of the Wimbledon Championships—since 2016.
After the match, Kate is expected to present the trophy to the winner.
Let’s look at Kate’s outfit now:
Kate’s Outfit at Wimbledon Today:
We believe the Princess is wearing a custom-made dress by Roksanda. This is unconfirmed, but the unusual curved seaming on the bodice and skirt of Kate’s dress exactly matches the designer’s Alma dress.

Necklace: NEW! It’s by Daniella Draper—the brand confirms it’s their Gold 8 Diamond Luxury Forever pendant on a handmade, chunky chain. (The pendant is usually sold with a more delicate chain). Thanks to Ellie for the ID.
